For some reason it appears as though Susan has the gift clairvoyance – to what degree is uncertain – but clearly she can sense things before they happen. And to be perfectly honest Susan is not even really conscious of this gift. Susan spent most of her life in New York. It wasn’t until her third novel was optioned by a big time TV producer, did she decide to pack up her Manhattan life-style and move to Hollywood. A decision she never regretted, but she never really ever felt like she fit in with the Hollywood types and always found herself longing for the snow that fell so gently on Central Park in the winter. She always loved to curl up by the fireplace on a cold winters eve and immerse herself in a good book. As the end of the world approached, Susan found herself feeling very alone, isolated and fearful – even after living in Los Angeles for over five years she hadn’t made more than a handful of friends and now all but two of them remain. Sensing that something important was going to happen to Steven she felt compelled to be close to him and decided to set up camp almost literally on his doorstep. This is where she has almost exclusively remained for over one hundred years. That is of course until today. For some reason Susan knew that she should join Steven and his new found friends on their journey.
